During the interview, he also stated that the success of an actor is determined by a performance that will be remembered long after the actor has left the scene.
The Remarkable Performances
There is no doubt that Sidharth Malhotra is one of the industry’s most talented and versatile actors. Despite not having a godfather, he succeeded. His fanbase grew strong through all of these years, and he built a niche for himself as a result.
In his second film, Malhotra completely surprised the audience. Malhotra landed in Hasee Toh Phasee, a romantic comedy-drama film that changed the perception of a good-looking hero to a potential actor. It was evident from his performance that he was able to portray the character of a vulnerable hero who was not afraid to express his feelings. A true testament to his acting abilities.
As a follow-up to this intriguing performance, he acted in the film Ek Villian alongside Shraddha Kapoor. As an actor, this shows off his talent and proves he’s here to stay.
Despite negative reviews and failures at the box office, his performance in Brothers, the 2011 remake of the American film Warrior, received critical acclaim.
It is once again evident in the family drama Kapoor and Sons that the actor is comfortable playing pure vulnerable relatable characters.
He has appeared in several movies over the years, including journeys, party movies, rom-com, and thrillers.
His subsequent movies include Baar Baar Dekho, A Gentleman, Aiyaary, Jabariya Jodi, and Marjaavaan, which all received mixed reviews.
The performance in the biopic Shershaah was impressive. Based on the life of the Indian army officer Param Vir Chakra (PVC) Vikram Batra in 2021, Sidharth Malhotra proved himself to be a classic actor.

The actor has a lot of projects lined up to woo the audience. As of now, Malhotra is working on two upcoming films Mission Majnu and Thank God with Ajay Devgn. Yodha, an upcoming film by Dharma Productions, is currently in production.
Additionally, Malhotra will star in the Indian Police Force, which will be streamed on Amazon Prime under the direction of Rohit Shetty.
