Krushna Abhishek is an important part of The Kapil Sharma Show cast. But, Govinda’s wife – Sunita – does not want Krushna to be on the show when the couple makes an appearance. Not only this, Krushna was not informed via family, but through the makers of the show.
In an interview with Bombay Times, Krushna said that “I was told by the team that Sunita Ii didn’t want me to be a part of the segment featuring them. So, I appeared in a gig before their entry. It was sad and shocking, as my character (Sapna) is an integral part of the show.”

While Krushna Abhishek is hurt that instead of talking things out, this is how his ‘Chi Chi Mama’ behaves, he “chose not to create a ruckus.” That’s because Govinda and Sunita will be on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their daughter Narmada’s album launch. As a big brother, he does not want to ruin this for his sister.
The Kapil Sharma Show cast member also went on to say that “If I could do this for my sister being the older brother, I expected the same from my elders.”
Apparently, the reason because of this drift between the family was because Krushna Abhishek’s wife – Kashmera Shah – made a comment last year about ‘people who dance for money’ via Twitter. This comment was not well received by Govinda’s wife, Sunita as it was directly pointing towards Govinda himself.
“Chi Chi mama and I patched up six months ago. I have been to his house a couple of times to meet him, and we are in touch. I met him in Dubai 20 days ago and he had asked me to mend ties with Mami, but she still seems upset,” said Krushna.
Krushna and Kashmera were last seen at the baby shower for Kapil Sharma’s wife.
