The death of Sushant Singh Rajput led to a major drug investigation in the Indian entertainment industry and Bollywood. Along the way, the NCB has called in big Bollywood celebrities for an investigation like Rhea Chakraborty, Deepika Padukone, and Shradhha Kapoor. One of the latest people who was also a part of the list is comedian Bharti Singh.
A report by NDTV mentioned that “Ms Singh and her husband, Harsh Limbachiyaa, were taken to the NCB’s Mumbai office for questioning after the anti-drug agency recovered a “small quantity of cannabis” during a search of their home on Saturday morning.” As per the InShorts app, 86.5 grams of ganja was found by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). This was recovered from the couple’s home and office. The NCB also added that “Both Bharti and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa accepted consumption of ganja.”
Further investigation is currently ongoing by Narcotics Control Bureau.
