Maheep Kapoor feels that being a Bollywood wife in the public eye is no easy task
Maheep Kapoor is the wife of Sanjay Kapoor. She was last seen on a show on Netflix called The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. Recently, she came forward and talked about the challenges of being a Bollywood wife. Maheep told a media portal “All I can say is everyone is human. Everyone has feelings and everyone has emotions. There are different pressures. I think the biggest pressure for a Bollywood wife and being in the public eye is being judged.” Substantiating her points she further added “Right from the beginning, social media is judging them, taking pictures. That is difficult. Everyone has pressure — good, bad, or ugly. Everyone has tensions at home. Everyone has their own stories.”

The Netflix web show The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives also casts Seema Khan (wife of Sohail Khan), Bhavana Pandey (wife of Chunky Pandey), and Neelam Kothari (wife of Sameer Soni). The show basically revolves around the day to day lives of the Bollywood wives. Interestingly audience has drawn various comparisons of this Netflix show with American reality show namely The Housewives Of New Jersey. Talking about the comparisons being drawn by the audience, Maheep Kapoor expressed that their show is still unique compared to the American reality shows but expressed her gratitude for the comparison with such a huge show. The cast is also hopeful for the second part of the web series if Netflix contacts them on the same.
