Salman Khan’s latest release Radhe released on Eid didn’t go down well with viewers. The film’s producer and screenwriter Salim Khan too expressed his opinion on the movie. Read the whole section below to know more about his opinion on his son’s movie.
Salim Khan Called Radhe a Commercial release
Released on the occasion of Eid, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai received poor reviews from critics and viewers along with record-low ratings of 1.8/10 on IMDb. While in interaction with Dainik Bhaskar, Salim Khan admitted that Radhe was not a great movie at all. Answering the question that viewers feel a repetition of Salman’s movies in Radhe, Salim said, “The film prior to this Dabangg 3 was different. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was good and totally different. Radhe is not a great film at all, but commercial cinema has a responsibility that every person can get money. From artists to producers, distributors, exhibitors, and every stakeholder should get the money. The one who buys the cinema must get the money. Due to this, the cycle of cinema-making and business goes on. On this basis, Salman has performed. Stakeholders of this film are in advantage. Otherwise, Radhe is not that great a film.”
Talking about the trade experts’ view that Salman’s career is over, the screenwriter replied by saying, “They say that every time Salman’s films perform less than expectations. The reality is that as soon as Salman will deliver a hit, they start praising him again.”
Salman Khan will be next seen Antim: The Final Truth. The movie will be starring the actor along with brother-in-law Ayush Sharma. The actor is said to begin shooting on the third installment in the Tiger franchise.
