‘Crime Patrol’ Actress Preksha Mehta Commits Suicide

Preksha Mehta was known for her acting in TV shows like Crime Patrol, Laal Ishq, and Meri Durga. She was also seen in Akshay Kumar starer, Padman. The actress – who was 25 years old – commit suicide on 25th May.

The TV actress was found in her apartment in Indore, Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. Her family member found her hanging at 6:30 am.

The actress has been living in Mumbai for the past two years but had gone home to Indore because of the lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Preksha Mehta’s Social Media Post

On Monday, Preksha Mehta posted a story on her Instagram which looked like this:

In the story, she wrote, “Sabse bura hota hai sapno ka mar jaana.” This roughly translates to the following in English –

“The worst is when your dreams die.”

The public is yet to find out what truly led to the TV actress taking such a big step and ending her life. May her Soul Rest in Peace.
