Honest Movie Review of Bala

As unique as its name, Ayushmann Khurrana’s new movie Bala is totally a movie that would give you a unique cinematic experience that you should not miss! The cast of movie Bala consists of promising stars as Ayushmann Khurana, Yami Gautum, Bhoomi Padnekar, among others.

Bala’s Story

The movie begins with a small boy taking pride in his luxuriant hair with a circumstantial change of premature balding as he reaches his 20s. This movie is all about accepting ones’ identity and feeling confident in your skin. Bala played by Ayushmann Khurana unfortunately, faces the situation of premature balding in his early 20s. As the storyline progresses he is seen trying many formulae and tricks to grow a hair patch on his bald which does not yield any result leading to a strong feeling of a personality complex in this young lad.

Parallel to Bala’s story we see Latika, a dark-complexioned girls’ story. From childhood days, she is made to feel inferior about her overall personality but as she grows up she decides to come to terms with her black color in the most confident manner and becomes a lawyer.

 It is a laughing riot which also makes sure to send across a social and important message that you should be enough to be yourself and not let any society made image affect your true personality. Through the entire story what you see is a sweet celebration of ones’ personality.
